Here's the new Tic Tac Toe Challenge:
For my card, I went with the left vertical row: die cut, heart, patterned paper.
I used a coverplate die from Taylored Expressions and made this into a shaker card. (hopefully you can see the sequins even though most of them are at the bottom, lol!) I added a few of the cut out hearts back into the coverplate with foam adhesive and then added a stamped banner sentiment. The patterned paper is a red stripe from Elle's Studio.
