Just getting in under the wire for this week's TicTacToe challenge:
I went with the bottom row: patterned paper, summer, anything but a card. Here's my scrapbook page for the challenge.
The background is made with white cardstock and color burst powders, spritzed with water. The large title was cut with my Cricut and then backed with polka dot patterned paper. Just added a few alpha stickers and some sequins to finish off the page of my youngest grandson doing his famous WWE-style jump into the pool!
