Foiling with adhesive tape for The Card Concept challenge

I finally had some crafting time this week, and decided to play around with some different techniques with foiling.  For this card, I applied Scor-Pal Tape to kraft cardstock in a diagonal pattern, going one direction first - applying the tape and then applying the gold foil and running it through the laminator.  Then I applied the tape diagonally in the other direction and applied the rose gold foil and laminated it.

The image was stamped and colored with Copics and then adhered to a stamp edge mat, die cut with my Cricut.  The matting is all done with brown shimmer cardstock, which adds a nice subtle sheen.

I'm entering this card into the current challenge at The Card Concept,  I was inspired by the pumpkins and the gold in their inspiration photo, and went for the classy & elegant style element.
