Here's the current challenge board at TicTacToe Challenges:
I used the bottom horizontal row: sentiment, embellishment and die cut.
The balloons are diecuts from Lil Inker Designs. The children are from Mama Elephant and the sentiment is from The Greetery. I added some flat back sequins for sparkle. This card will be part of a donation to the #Cards for Cubs project, which collects cards for distribution to kids in foster care.
